| Subject: my gran
my gran died in december and although i have really good days at night i find it very hard not to be thinking about her all the time and i cant seem to get the images of her dying out of my head. Has anyone had the same problem or know how to stop it. PLease healp cause its driving me insane.

i lost my gran in january this year and feel the same as you day in and day out. its hard too on a night but all i can say is remember the good time you had with her. all my time with my nan was good and it makes me smile thinking if them keep smiling and she would not want you to be down she is looking over you so smile and be happy take care lots of love lisa xx
