Subject: depression

how do you deal with people who think your an attention seeker, because sometimes life gets too much for you and you just have to cry about it to let it all out?

Subject: dealing with people

I know what you mean about people thinking you are an attention seeker. It makes me scared to show my emotions at school because my friends are over our loss now and don't understand. I don't know how it feels to lose a parent but I lost 3 of my friends and 1 of them was my boyfriend. Somedays I find I'm coping but then I just break down! I went back to school for a week and I was doing fine but it all came back when I went to put flowers at the cemetery and I was off school for a week and then horrible rumours started going round about me just using it as an excuse! It hurt to hear that people thought that, i'd have to be sick to do that. The reason I am so upset is because I loved him so much. I'm only 14 and its hard for me to cope! I hope you feel better soon! xxx

Subject:people think that about me 2

My friends think I have depression after my bf died, and my Dad thinks I'm doing it for attention.
Just talk to someone who you know will listen.
