Hey Peeps, my best m8 OD'd last year and my dad and granedad died the year before from heart attacks ive started to self harm and i need some help i think im a curse.

you have to stop harming yourself otherwise u'll not only hurt yourself but others around you who are close to you, i was going to overdose but my sister walked in when i had the tablets in my hand and seen how upset she was and couldnt put her through losing any1 else along with my dad and grandad. u may have lost your dad and grandad but look at it this way there always with you no matter what, make them proud of you because they are always there no matter what.
