Subject: I was Daddys lil girl

Hi everyone I am knew here and I am 16 years old. My dad had just died of a heart attack. All I remember is being at the mall with my mom and lil brother who is only 12. My dad died aplis of this year and it seems like its been forver. I can remember running through the mall to grt to the car to drive over my grandmothers(my dads mom)as fast as possiable. He was only 36 I talk to him everynight but this is all so knew and i cry myself to sleep everynight please if anyone know how im feeling please message me.

Hi hun so sorry to hear about your dad i do know exactly how you feel it's really hard to lose a parent but when it comes out of the blue and they are so young you are coping with shock as well as greif i lost my dad almost a year ago he was only 41 he was on a night out with his friends celebrating his birthday and the next thing i know i got a phone call to say my dad had collapsed at a bar and died outside as far as we all knew he was healthy but the doctors now say he had a heart condition your not alone hun if you need to talk i'm always here my heart goes out to you and your family x
