I am still finding it really hard to cope. Fathers day is coming up and when ever I go out with my friends there all like 'what are you getting your dad?'. It sucks and I just wanna scream

Hi Gaby,
i lost my mum last year, i couuldnt cope either. i got advice from someone, to write a card and stick it to a balloon, and let go of it so then it go's into thee heavens with all the people we have lost in ourlives.
i did it for mothers day, it made me feel a lot better.
i hope it makes you feel better to.

Subject: my dad reply
hi im sophie.my dad died this yr in april. 4 fathers day it was so hard but i took presents 2 his grave.me n my brothers got im a teddy and put it in a glass jar so it wuldnt get ruined.i wish everyday tht he was still here. but i no hes watching over me. lv soph x x
