Subject: my nan

my nan died just May last year and ever since then i have become severely depressed and feel i cant talk to anyone about this its so hard because i miss her so much and feel guilty i didnt get to see her before she passed away. I still dont know how to cope with it, I seem to get worse as time goes on.

Subject: what can people say

i know this is not want you want to here but talk to someone. in the last year ive lost 3 people close to me my couson in 2005 and my nan on the 1 january this year then my great antie in march this year. and i still havent talked to anyone and most days i cry my self to sleep im telling you this to show you what happens when you bottle stuff up its not good. just talk to someone you trust or dont know they might not give you the right advice but it will help you once its of your chest. trust me you need to it will help.

Subject: hiya im kerry too!

Thats not the only thing we have in common though. my gran died in december last year and i felt guilty that i hadnt spent more time with her as well. I think what u need to remember is that u can still talk to her and it may make u feel better just to tell her how u feel because u never know if she can hear u or not. Have u also thought of councelling. It does help in certain cercumstance. Maybe u might want to go on to the penhaligons friends website. It might be worth a try.
