Subject: any advice?

on the 7th june my grandad died of lung cancer. its really upset me as i loved him so much and i never got to tell him before he died! his funeral is tommorow (19th) and i dont think i am going to cope very well. i seem to be hiding how im feeling from every1 in my family as i dont want them to see how upset i am. has any1 got any advice on how i should move on without forgeting him as i dont want to forget him. xxxxx Nicki xxxxx

You never forget the people you love, no matter if they died. If you really want to always remember him and tell him all he meant to you, write a letter to him. I know it sounds weird, but it's a good way to get out all your feelings. Keep this letter and maybe a picture of him with it. Grief is a process that takes time. Also remember that holding on to him isn't good for you. Pray that he is in a better place and that your pain may heal with time.
