A friend of mine was killed in a car accident 2 months ago - she was 18 years old. She was a twin, and I can't even begin to imagine what her sister must be going through.

I miss her so much and I can't stop thinking about her. She was an amazing, beautiful person, and was one of the last people in the world that deserved to have their life cut so short.

hey, my best friend was killed 3 months ago and id fallen out with her a week earlier. She was alone when her car crashed into a tree and died instantly yet i cannot help but wish i would of been there to help her or just be there to comfort or hold her! Im not gonna lie and feed u stuff like 'times a great healer' and all that, it doesnt get easier and you will always feel like a part of you is missing, yet, im now trying to be a great believer in fate (however crap it might be) and i always always look up to the sky and give her a thought and know well be together again one day. Please remember not to deal with it alone-its thats something they wouldnt want. We're all in this together. take care xxxx

Hi Katie.
That's so hard for you. It's such a tragic thing to happen.
I lost my twin brother a few years ago in a car accident, and more recently a very close friend, to meningitis, so I guess I can empathise atleast a little.
I find it the hardest thing in the world, to try and comprehend why the best people seem to have their lives cut short, and it takes all of my energy sometimes, to try not to become bitter about it.
I guess sometimes, it seems there are so many bad things in the world, it's really difficult to see what's beautiful about it.
I really hope that you and your friends get through this okay.
I'll be thinking of you.
