Subject: My Mum Died

My Mum died and I am not coping too well. I would like to set up a support group where I live but I don't know how. I would really appreciate any ideas.

Thank you for your message and I am sorry to hear of your loss. I am not too sure what area you come from, however, here are a few suggestions that may help you to start up a support group.

You could get in touch with the local Cruse branch and they may be able to advise you further, or any other local bereavement organisations. You could also try an organisation called Winstons Wish on 0845 20 30 40 5, who may also be able to give you some advice.
