Subject: any ideas? i still have his sweatshirt..

out of all my 4 friends that i have lost in 2 years, this is the only situation like this i have been in. i have a sweatshirt of my friend who passed recently, and im clueless waht to do with it. is it okay to keep it? should i wear it? the second day after the accident, i foudn it, and i held it. i slept with it on top of me when i fianly got to sleep because i coudlt take the pain and it helped me feel close to my freind. i wanted to ask his parents at the funeral about it, but it was a catholic setting and we didn't go up to the closed casket. anyone willing to help me get through this wiht sugestions, please help. thanks.

hey huni
if i were you i would keep it as a reminder of him/her in a special place. i wouldnt wear it around untill people have had a chance to grieve properly, because it mite upset them. but if you talk to his/her parents and say that u have it or even talk to them about how u feel it mite help.
i dunno thats onli a suggestion coz ive never had nethin like that happen to me before.
but i wish u luck hun and hope that u can stay strong.

Subject: the sweatshirt

why not make the sweatshirt into a cushion cover and put it on your bed that way you will be able to cuddle up to it and still feel close to your friend hope this helps x
