im sorry to hear about ur lose, i lost my dad 3yrs ago, n its so hard, i find tht talkin to ppl, sum1 who isnt involved in the situation, gud or if u hve any gud m8s, who will jus sit and listen 2 u, i also find ritin down things, easy, if i dnt no how to say how i feel, i rite it down, hope this is helped as a way to try and help xxx
